But now, the townsfolk have changed. Their smiles last a little too long. Their eyes never quite blink at the right time. And when they speak… it’s not always them doing the talking.

What began as whispered rumors soon spirals into something far worse. Respira is not medicine. It is alive. A parasite, ancient and unknown, burrowing into the mind, twisting flesh, and hollowing out its victims while leaving them fully aware—trapped inside their own bodies, screaming in silence.

Dunwich Biopharma swears it’s safe. The town insists everything is fine. But beneath the surface, something breathes. And if the investigators don’t uncover the truth in time, they too may wake up one morning, staring into the mirror… watching their own reflection move before they do.
